Refund policy

All products can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 3 days of delivery.

You can initiate a cancellation/return request by writing to us at hello@neerah5.com

Once your request is approved we will arrange a pickup of the products with 5 working days. Refund/exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product back at our warehouse.
